i had no plans for saturday. damn sian! bsides following my cuzzin ezan to tampines to do her stuffs and then fetch my sister from the airport, i had nothing else planned. made some last minute arrangements, and i ended up meeting luoyan and fkk(jinde), and ndee too, who decided to join last minute.

we went PRAWNING at marina bay.

lol the word just cracks me up man. 3 of us were first timers while ndee was the pro. so we thought maybe ndee could teach us a thing or two..

it was kinda hard to find the place as you had to walk along a small road and it's riggghhhhtttt at the back. and it was already dark so u had to watch ur step, and hopefully not see any strange spooky things at the trees beside you. we rented 2 rods for 2/12 hours and settled at some corner with a puddle caused by the rain. thank god i wore slippers, saves my dear birks. suprisingly there were alot of people, given that the place is so secluded.

bait was bloody cockles. you have to open the shells to take the meat out. so disgusting, i dare not touch. not before long they started to "fish", fkk managed to get his first prawn! ndee, the pro, did not get anything but had his bait eaten by the sneaky prawn. luoyan tried her hand at it, and she managed to catch one too. while ndee, was missing his bait again, and again, and again, and again. i tried my hand at it and ended up i managed to catch all 4 prawns heh heh. ndee helped to put the bait only. okay team effort and my luck!! haha.. then we saw a cheating couple siak! trying to catch by hand, a prawn that was swimming near the wall.

all in all, we had 7 prawns altogether in 2 1/2 hrs. being too small an amt to bring home, they decided to eat it there and then. ok i admit, i feel guilty for bbqing the prawns alive. but it tastes good! but i do feel guilty... the person who borrowed us his bbq pit gave us some chicken wings, but i didn't dare eat.... so i hantam the prawns instead.

we should go again some day. at an earlier timing...

finally my off day again!!

poor luoyan has just started her first work week and i accompanied her for lunch at expo. adapting to a new work place is such a hassle, don't you tink so? you have to make new friends, and if there's no one to ask you out for lunch, you feel pathetic and lunch alone. diaoz! even your company messenger is empty, just has ur name on it. if need be, chat with yourself! i'm so lucky i have nice people at my workplace, except for that particular someone....

oh sadness. i hate to adapt to new environments. i feel ur misery luoyan. congrats, you now have TWO people in ur messenger list. haha!

anyway i've started on my prison break season 1 dvd. ive watched it till the 7th episode and hopefully tonight i can finish off the 2nd disc. now u guys can add me to your prisonbreak talk! i'm pretty much engrossed in the story already and how cute is that wentworth miller??? midah is so shiok sendiri that she call herself Mrs Wentworth Miller as her msn nick. eeeyyyyerrrr!! tak tao malu siak.

Good Friday!

blog tomorrow. now tired.

good afternoon all! how's your good friday? got good anot? my day started off early at 1030am because some minah musibat(midah) msg me and i cant get back to sleep. and then i bathed my busuk cats and accompanied my mum to NTUC. because she cooked beehoon with only taugeh and fishballs, and complained she doesn't have anything in the fridge because she has not been grocery shopping for the week.

i bought nice bling-bling collars for the female felines! my cats also need to be glamourous okay! Oui Oui doesn't get any yet, because it's all too girly. i don't want him to turn into a bapok, although he already looks like one with the long lashes, and the pink dress i donned on him. haha!

kheiry, midah and me were supposed to have sushi dinner but kheiry wanted to postpone last min, after he said he's fine with anything, this time to meet and where blablabla. i'll forgive him this time round, given his circumstances. if not, i'll kill him the next time i see him. i went out with midah instead, and we watched the movie Because I Said So. in the movie they went shoe shopping OMG im so jealous! shoe shopping is so much fun.

well anyway, when we came in, the movie was just starting. and we had nachos and ice lemon tea. it was already dark and i had to slowly settle my stuff first i.e switch hp to silent bla bla. after which she passed me the hot nachos to settle her own stuff. i placed the nachos on my lap and i didnt think it would spill.

you guessed it. it spilled. i dont know how it got spilled because i just sat it on my lap and i sat straight and didnt move!! worst thing is, it spilled on my crotch, and i'm wearing blue jeans. i used up all the tissues the counter gave us and it wasn't enough. and my crotch was all hot and gooey!! what a way to start watching a movie siak!! ggrrrrr bingit. and midah cant stop laughing at my clumsy state. damn, i'm thinking i had to waste my money on buying something else to wear for the mean time.

after the show, the cheese had sorta dried up on my jeans and it didn't really leave a stain. more like a crusty feeling.. hahaha! as long as it didnt leave a stain means i dont have to spend on something i dont really need hehehe!

and then i bumped into izyan. now, midah and izyan have never met each other, so it was the first time meeting. and we were standing in the middle of PS's entrance giving hugs and saying hi's, and midah had to burst out that i have cheese on my pants. and we all laugh out loud right there and then. like long time friends. and izyan's friend asked midah how long she's known izyan, and she said "this is the first time i'm meeting her."

look at how my clumsiness brings people together like they've known each other for years. aawwww....

and i can't accept the fact that i walked around town with dried cheese on my jeans, especially the crotch area, and nobody knows.

well now you know. HURRAH!!
